Tenancy agreement

The tenancy agreement is the written contract between you (the tenant) and Nijestee. For example, the rental contract contains the name(s) of the tenant(s), the commencement date of the contract and the rent. It states what the rented space is intended for and how it may be used.

General tenancy conditions

The general tenancy conditions contain detailed information about the rights and obligations of you as a tenant and Nijestee. This includes information such as the notice period, maintenance and adjustments of the house.

A distinction is made between independent houses, non-self-contained housing and storage / garages / parking spaces. In the case of non-self-contained housing, you share facilities such as a bathroom, kitchen or living room. This is not the case with an independent home.

Rules for residents

In addition to good manners, living in a residential complex with several people will require agreements, in respect of which residents and their visitors can hold each other accountable.

Individual agreement between the supplier (Nijestee) and the consumer regarding supplying heat to the consumer to heat the accommodation and/or the heating of hot tap water.

Block heating

If your home is fitted with a collective heating system. What does this mean for you and how can you save costs?
