GENERAL TENANCY CONDITIONS

The general tenancy conditions contain detailed information about the rights and obligations of you as a tenant and Nijestee. This includes information such as the notice period, maintenance and adjustments of the house.

A distinction is made between independent houses, non-self-contained housing and storage / garages / parking spaces. In the case of non-self-contained housing, you share facilities such as a bathroom, kitchen or living room. This is not the case with an independent home.
